The data-economy is a fact, the way one can make a viable business model around it is another element. This workshop wil make you underhands-on way the type of business models that are being developed and how you can integrate best practices from the early trial and errors.

Opening up data is not merely about setting up portals, it is also about uptake and economic usage. Do you want to be inspired, and start your own business with re-use of open data? Than this session is for you.

The session format will go through some of the business models currently emerging, that make use of open data and manage to make a viable economic activity from it. The speakers in this session will illustrate this with real-life feedback cases, followed by a hands-on break-out part, where you are at the center of the activities.
